At The Rock'n Soul Choir our team is made up of our fun, singing community and our amazing Music Directors who are all qualified and experienced, industry professionals. We also have a few "die hards" who have been with us since the dark ages who now form our community coordinators. Together we form a vibrant, energized and bubbly community. Candice Frith Loh
Director | Music Director | Vocal Coach
As our Director of 17 years, Candice is passionately dedicated to spreading joy through community and music. Candice is one of Australia’s leading professionals in vocal pedagogy and choir conducting. Her qualifications include a Masters in Music (Vocal Pedagogy) from The University of Sydney's, Conservatorium of Music. Candice is also the Director of My Vocal Training (MVT) . She teaches singing privately, in schools and performing arts academies around NSW and QLD. Candice has a current NSW WWCC, a QLD Blue card and she is a member of the Australian National Association of Teachers of Singing (ANATS).
Jerry Loh
Music Director | Accompanist
Professional producer, singer and keyboard player Jerry, has played for and supported acts like; The Commodores, Air Supply, Hermans Hermits & Little River Band to name a few. Jerry is The Rock’n Soul Choir’s audio production guru with a Diploma in IT and a vocal range higher than most of our Sopranos! Basically... he's superman! If you get a chance, ask him to sing Unchained Melody for you.
Susie Loh
Director | Music Director
Susie along with her daughter Candice and husband Jerry, started The Rock’n Soul Choir in 2007. Known as "the rocker chick" and always the life of the party, Susie is our dynamic and cheekiest Rock’n Soul leader. Everyone loves Susie - as where there is Susie, there is a rockin’ good time! Susie is a professional entertainer and MC who will keep you laughing and loving every session! But don't be fooled, she's also the organised one who keeps things running smoothly!
